Wij ontvangen u in het hart van het dorp Saint-Macaire, bij de ingang van de middeleeuwse stad, in een oud koopmanshuis uit 1565.
Naast de traditionele toeristische informatie bieden wij rondleidingen door de stad, een winkel met meer dan honderd in de streek geproduceerde wijnen (droog wit, zoet, rosé, rood en crèment) en ansichtkaarten die de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de streek illustreren, waarvan sommige zijn geschilderd door een plaatselijke aquarellist.
