Na het grondgebied te hebben doorkruist en de plattelandsbevolking te hebben ontmoet, verwelkomt Lacaze aux sottises nu het publiek in zijn eco-culturele site, het Maison Lacaze, een oude boerderij uit de 18e eeuw in het hart van het dorpje Orion. Dit is de ideale plaats voor experimenten - een plaats om alternatieven te onderzoeken, andere manieren van produceren en consumeren die de mens en het milieu respecteren. Bewustmaking en kennisoverdracht zijn de sleutelwoorden op deze plaats van uitwisseling en overdracht van kennis en levensvaardigheden door middel van verschillende acties.
