Een van de laatst overgebleven voorbeelden van Romaanse kunst in de Chaunois bevindt zich in Pont-Saint-Mard, waar een van de mooiste kerken van de regio staat. Opgedragen aan Saint-Médard, dateert de bouw uit de 12e eeuw. Het bevat een schip, een dwarsschip met daarop een klokkentoren en een koor. Het schip is overdekt met een daklijst. De beeldhouwer Georges Muguet creëerde het altaar in 1959. De moderne gebrandschilderde ramen werden in 1960 gemaakt door Max Ingrand. Een bijzonderheid van deze kerk is de aanwezigheid van vreemde modillions op de linkervleugel.
