Dit voormalige kruitmagazijn is een gebouw binnen de vestingmuren van de stad Navarrenx, vlakbij de stadswallen en de brug over de Gave d'Oloron.
Gebouwd in 1580, herbergt het nu een tentoonstelling die de werking, de functie en het belang ervan binnen een versterkte stad uit de Renaissance periode in herinnering brengt.
