Kiezelstrand gelegen in het dorp stroomafwaarts van de molen, aan de voet van de kliffen, wat zorgt voor verfrissend water. Er is een grote parkeerplaats in de buurt. Er is een picknickplaats naast het strand en een toilet.
De dorpsbakker ligt aan de overkant van de weg en alle dorpswinkels zijn op loopafstand: restaurants, bars, kruidenierswinkels, boetieks.
Het gezamenlijk gebruik van kano's en zwemmers vereist wederzijds respect.
Dit gebied aan het water is het hele jaar door voor iedereen toegankelijk, maar wees voorzichtig, want er is geen toezicht op het strand.
