Wat de pizza's betreft, het deeg wordt elke ochtend zelf gemaakt! De tomatensaus is ook huisgemaakt en begeleidt, afhankelijk van de pizza's, parmaham, mozzarella Buffalla, pecorino, buratta, parmigiano, aubergines...
