- Middelste verdieping: 1 grote slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (140cm), kleine woonkamer, badkamer met douche, WC, tafelvoetbal, TV, bureau.
Tuin, terras, zwembad van 4m x 2m, barbecue, ligstoelen, hangmat, enz...
Ononderbroken uitzicht, zeer rustige ligging.
De toegang tot de tuin en de buitenfaciliteiten is via 2 trappen, dus alleen toegankelijk voor minderjarigen. Voor parkeren is er de parkeerplaats van de Médiathèque op 50 m
