Het huis staat los van de andere gebouwen in het gehucht ROQUES, beschut door het kastanjebos. De eigenaren hebben ook een hut gebouwd tussen de kastanjebomen
Het dak is gemaakt van dik schistgaas. Gebruik van ecologische of traditionele materialen: kalk, hennep, hout, om comfort en welzijn te garanderen
Woonoppervlak 90 m².
De eigenaren doen aan biologische landbouw en in hun grote huis zijn kinderen welkom voor themaverblijven.
