Il tetto è costituito da spesse lamine di scisto. Utilizzo di materiali ecologici o tradizionali: calce, canapa, legno, per garantire comfort e benessere
Superficie abitabile 90 m².
I proprietari praticano l'agricoltura biologica e la loro grande casa accoglie i bambini per soggiorni a tema.
