De gîte is gloednieuw (2023), goed doordacht, functioneel, modern en volledig uitgerust, met eigen terras en parkeerplaats, WIFI en TV.
Het ligt vlak naast het dorp, aan een parallelweg met zeer weinig verkeer, en op ongeveer 1 km van het meer, dat bereikbaar is via fietspaden.
Zeer rustige omgeving, terras gesust door vogelgezang...
