Covid-19 bepalingen:
De terugbetaling zal in de volgende gevallen effectief zijn:
- Algemene beperking of met betrekking tot een stad/regio/afdeling van de klant
- Sluiting van het resort (bij prefectureel besluit, in geval van gezondheidsadviezen).
- Contractsluiting van de Covid-19 in de 8 dagen voorafgaand aan het begin van het verblijf, door de contracthouder (met bewijsstukken). Geef de identiteit, het adres en de leeftijd van de vakantiegangers op bij de ondertekening van het huurcontract.
- Sluiting van de Franse grenzen of die van het land van herkomst van de klant.
Omstandigheden die op het moment van de reservering bekend zijn, worden uitgesloten.
