Een origineel restaurant met de sfeer van de brasseries van weleer.
In het hart van de stad Dole, op de Place aux Fleurs, is Le Bistrot een ontmoetingsplaats voor families, vrienden, bedrijven en iedereen die graag een goede maaltijd deelt, geserveerd met een glimlach, in een zorgvuldig ingericht decor.
Het menu is klein en verandert met de seizoenen. We werken met verse producten en gulle, gastronomische recepten die doen denken aan de Jura. De bediening is, net als het eten, huisgemaakt. Het is een plek waar je goed kunt eten en je goed kunt voelen.
