Les Jardins de Barbotan ligt op ongeveer 700 meter van de thermale baden van Barbotan les Thermes, in een park van 1,5 hectare, met een zwembad en minigolf, en biedt ook gratis toegang tot tennis. Deze tweekamerwoning, op de verhoogde begane grond, baadt in het licht dankzij de loggia op het zuiden met tuinmeubelen, die via openslaande deuren toegang geeft tot de hoofdkamer en de slaapkamer.
