In 1994 renoveerden Jean-Daniel en Doris het gebouw, dat gelegen is op een boerderij uit 1758 in een typisch boerendorp in de buurt van Straatsburg: Berstett. Vandaag heeft hun dochter Elisabeth de zaak overgenomen. De gîtes en gastenkamers van de familie Freysz bieden u alle comfort voor uw verblijf op de Kochersberg. U kunt ook gebruik maken van een tuinsalon onder een afdak, en in de overkapping van een speel- en ontspanningsruimte met tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis.
