De heer Callede verwelkomt u sinds begin 2019 in dit restaurant, gelegen aan de voet van het dorp Sainte-Croix-Du-Mont, beroemd om zijn gouden witte wijnen en zijn fossiele oesterbank. De chef biedt een gastronomische keuken die de seizoenen volgt en de producten van het zuidwesten eert.
Een warme omgeving, bij de open haard of op het terras met uitzicht op de wijngaard, voor gezellige, authentieke momenten waarvan de gerechten aan alle smaken en budgetten zullen voldoen.
