Op de helling van de woonwijk Auphelle, op minder dan 200 m van de toeristische badplaats: strand, stadssporten (basketbal, handbal...), markten, rommelmarkten, bars, restaurants, animatie, elke vrijdagavond animatie op de camping Paradise... De zeer comfortabele, volledig onafhankelijke woning geeft uit op een terras aan weerszijden en een paddock van 2.500 m². Een aangrenzende ruimte is ingericht voor ontspanning: biljart en tafelvoetbal. Een petanqueterrein, pizzaoven, 2 stand-up paddleboards en 2 kajaks voor 2 personen zijn allemaal beschikbaar om optimaal te genieten van de 1.000 hectare van het meer van Vassivière.
