Christel Fixaris streeft ernaar haar ecologische voetafdruk zo klein mogelijk te houden.
Het leer dat wordt gebruikt om haar handtassen, portemonnees, portefeuilles, riemen, armbanden en oorbellen te maken is afkomstig van ongebruikte voorraden van leerlooierijen of luxe lederwarenateliers. Deze leersoorten komen uit Frankrijk, Italië en andere Europese landen.
Er wordt ook leer van vissen zoals zalm gebruikt. Deze zalmhuiden worden verzameld bij restauranteigenaren in Frankrijk en zijn ook plantaardig gelooid in Frankrijk.
Alle stappen in het ontwerp van de verschillende lederwaren worden met de hand uitgevoerd in haar atelier!
Verschillende van haar producten hebben het MOSL-kwaliteitscertificaat gekregen.
