Het huis ligt in Gourdon, een middeleeuws dorp vlakbij enkele van de mooiste plekjes in de Périgord en de Quercy. Het is een stenen Quercy huis op een bebost terrein van 1,5 hectare met ruime kamers, 2 kamers van elk 50 m2: een woon/eetkamer met open haard grenzend aan de halfopen keuken op de begane grond, en een grote woonkamer (bibliotheek, muziek, televisie) op de eerste verdieping. Op de begane grond is er een master suite met badkamer (douche en bad), en op de eerste verdieping 3 grote slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer. Het huis ligt heel dicht bij het recreatiecentrum "Ecoute s?il pleut": je kunt gemakkelijk (300 meter, 3 minuten te voet) naar een mooi bewaakt zwemgebied, accrobranche (boomklimmen), peddels en fietsen te huur, waterspeeltuin, picknickplaats, vissen, enz
