The house is located in Gourdon, a medieval village close to some of the most beautiful sites in Périgord and Quercy. It's a stone Quercy house set in 1.5 hectares of wooded grounds with spacious rooms, 2 rooms of 50 m2 each: a living-dining room with fireplace adjoining the semi-open kitchen on the ground floor, and a large sitting room (library, music, TV) on the first floor. On the ground floor, a master suite with bathroom (shower and bath), and upstairs 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is located very close to the "Ecoute s?il pleut" leisure park, where you can easily (300 m, 3-minute walk) enjoy supervised swimming, accrobranche, paddles and bikes for hire, a water playground, a picnic area and fishing
