Dompel u onder in de geschiedenis van de middeleeuwse stad Saint-Emilion door een van haar meest pittoreske historische monumenten te bezoeken: het klooster van Cordeliers. Geclassificeerd als een Geclassificeerd als historisch monument, is dit architectonische overblijfsel van de romaanse, gotische en moderne tijd vol geschiedenis.
Ga vervolgens naar de ondergrondse galerijen en kelders op 17 meter diepte om meer te weten te komen over de traditionele bereidingswijze van de Cremant de Bordeaux des Cordeliers. Een praktijk die nu subliem is, en die Les Cordeliers tot een magische plek en een unieke wijnmaker heeft gemaakt.
Het bezoek wordt gevolgd door een presentatie en een proeverij van het wijnassortiment van Cordeliers mousserende wijnen.
