In een natuurlijke en groene omgeving, 3,5ha bos (eiken, dennen, cipressen, ceders, ...) en 1ha weiland, ideaal voor ontspanning met het gezin. De huizen liggen verspreid op de heuvel, midden in de bossen en de paddocks van onze vrienden paarden, pony's, lama's, schapen of zelfs dwergvarkens die de kinderen graag zullen voeren. Alle huizen zijn vrijstaand, niet geschakeld, bereikbaar via een buitentrap en dan op hetzelfde niveau, met een gedeeltelijk overdekt terras. Bij de ingang is een omheind zwembad, bestaande uit een peuterbad (6mX7M en 40cm diep) en een zwembad (9mX12m diepte van 0,90 tot 1,80m).
