De taal, de liederen, de dansen, de gastronomie... zijn onze schatten.
We openden onze kruidenierswinkel met regionale producten in 2018 in Biarritz uit passie. We houden ervan om de rijkdommen van onze mooie streek te delen en te helpen ontdekken. Baskenland zit boordevol tradities, expertise en gepassioneerde mannen en vrouwen...
Met de opening van deze Baskische kruidenierswinkel, "Mikelena", wilden we het gepassioneerde werk van al onze lokale producenten doorgeven en onder de aandacht brengen.
Op 26 RUE MAZAGRAN vindt u alle benodigdheden voor de Baskische keuken, zoals ham uit Bayonne, Serrano en Iberische ham zoals Bellota.
Onze traditionele kazen zoals Ossau Iraty, en niet te vergeten de niet te missen Espelette peper en vele andere Baskische gastronomische specialiteiten.
