Aan de oever van de rivier de Lot, tegenover het kasteel van Favols en op een steenworp afstand van de groene weg van de Lot-vallei, heet onze familieboerderij je welkom voor je vakantie in Lot-et-Garonne, of je nu houdt van de natuur, vissen, wandelen of erfgoed. De gîte grenst aan het huis van de eigenaar, maar is volledig onafhankelijk, met een eigen schaduwrijke tuin en veranda. Dichtbij Villeneuve-sur-Lot en Casseneuil, ben je dicht bij alle voorzieningen (winkels, aquacentrum, fiets- en kanoverhuur). Huis met tuin en omheind terras zonder inkijk. 2 slaapkamers, grote woonkamer, grote goed uitgeruste keuken, doucheruimte, aparte WC. Gratis parkeerplaats. Enkele treden leiden naar de accommodatie. Ontspanning (ligstoelen, tuinmeubelen, schommel voor de kleintjes) in de grote schaduwrijke tuin.
