Saint-Léon is een dorp in de regio Entre-deux-Mers, op 30 minuten van de hoofdstad van de Gironde. Van hieruit zullen de avonturiers het mooie fietspad op een oude spoorlijn waarderen, dat helemaal naar Bordeaux leidt (35 km) via het bastidestadje Créon, gesticht in de 14e eeuw en gebouwd rond een vierkant plein met arcades, en de abdij van La Sauve-Majeure op een steenworp afstand. Als je van natuur en rust houdt, is deze bed & breakfast echt iets voor jou. La Mansion is gevestigd in een bijgebouw van Château de Castelneau, een historisch wijndomein uit de 15e en 17e eeuw. Wijngaarden, graanvelden en bossen waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Buiten: dineren onder het hekwerk en ontspannen onder de kastanjeboom, na een duik in het zwembad.
