Het heeft een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken (keramische kookplaat, afzuigkap, magnetron met grill- en convectiefunctie, koelkast, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en broodrooster), een slaapbank, een tafel en servies voor 6 personen en een balkon.
Het heeft ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad met de andere gîtes.
