Het restaurant Le Virage ligt in het dorp Montvalent tussen Martel en Rocamadour; het ontvangt u elke dag van de week op alle uren tussen 9 en 2 uur. De keukendienst vindt plaats tussen 12 en 15 uur en tussen 19 en 23 uur.
De chefs bieden een traditionele keuken met natuurlijk de onvermijdelijke gerechten uit de streek, maar ook zeevruchten en vele andere gerechten die geïnspireerd zijn op de culinaire reis van de tweelingchefs.
Het restaurant heeft een terras met een panoramisch uitzicht op de vallei van de Dordogne.
