Dit stenen huis, een oude gerestaureerde boerderij, zeer koel in de zomer, ligt op een heuvel, in een rustig en groen gehucht.
De woning ligt halverwege de valleien van de Vézère en de Dordogne, in een gehucht (Lieu-dit Saint Dramont, 3km van Saint-Geniès) op de top van een heuvel. De plaats is groen, rustig en met een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht. De enige gemeenschappelijke ruimte is het zwembad (ondergronds, 3,5mx7m). De gîte heeft drie slaapkamers voor zes personen.
Het huis is gerestaureerd met edele materialen zoals steen en hout, en we hebben het landelijke meubilair in sommige kamers behouden.
We hebben nog een andere gîte (La Prairie: voor 4 personen) op het terrein. Elke gîte heeft een eigen ingang, een grasveld en schommels voor de kinderen.
