Gevestigd sinds 2012 in de Bazadais, in het hart van het zuiden van de Gironde, laat de Ferme Brasserie Moustous zijn ambachtelijke bieren AB, ongefilterd en hergisten in flessen.
Na de Blanche in 2012, de Brune in 2013, de Ambrée in 2014, kwamen de Marée Noire en de Triple Buse in 2015. De bieren worden in kleine batches gebrouwen, waardoor elke nieuwe batch zijn eigen karakter krijgt.
In 2016 debuteerden RousTe en Sauva'Jaune. Net als limonade!
Gerst- en hopteelt, micro-maling, micro-brouwerij (maken van bieren, ambachtelijke limonades, siropen).
