Voor vissers is er een privé-vijver van 1 ha, eigendom van de eigenaren, vlakbij (ongeveer 200 meter) (aanwezige vissen: voorn, rotengles, karper, baars, snoekbaars en snoek). Aangelegde zone rond de vijver: tafel, banken, portiek, ligstoelen, enz.
Begane grond: keuken uitgevend op de eetkamer (open plan, LV, TV, TNT, kachel), salon (TV, DVD, hi-fi), aparte WC, bijkeuken (LL, wastafel) met WC en douchecabine.
1ste verdieping: roze slaapkamer (1 bed van 140), violette slaapkamer (1 bed van 140), groene slaapkamer (2 bedden van 90). Badkamer + WC.
Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst. Verboden te roken. Baby uitrusting op aanvraag (gratis).
Privé parkeerplaats en garage.
Centrale verwarming op olie.
