Vrijstaande, gelijkvloerse gîte op een omheind terrein van 1000 m² met bomen. Het huis ligt op 1,5 km van het dorp met alle plaatselijke winkels en op 500 m van het meer met een bewaakt strand met petanqueterrein, tennisbanen, waterfietsen, zeilen, kanoën en accrobranche; een tweede bewaakt strand met kinderspelen, petanqueterrein, restaurant en waterskiën. Voor visliefhebbers staat het meer bekend om zijn snoek, snoekbaars, meerval, karper, enz. Op 20 minuten van Marcillac la Croisille staat de Dordogne bekend om zijn forel en vlagzalm. De Haute Corrèze heeft ook paddenstoelenbossen, wandelpaden, het Musée du Président Sarran, het Plateau de Millevaches, het viaduct Rochers Noirs, enz.
