Gîte indipendente a un piano immerso in 1000 m² di terreno recintato e alberato. La casa si trova a 1,5 km dal villaggio con tutti i suoi negozi locali e a 500 m dal lago con la sua spiaggia sorvegliata con area bocce, campi da tennis, pedalò, vela, canoa e accrobranche; una seconda spiaggia sorvegliata con giochi per bambini, bocce, ristorante e sci nautico. Per gli appassionati di pesca, il lago è rinomato per i suoi lucci, lucioperca, pesci gatto, carpe, ecc. A soli 20 minuti da Marcillac la Croisille, la Dordogna è rinomata per la trota e il temolo. L'Alta Corrèze offre anche foreste di funghi, sentieri escursionistici, il Musée du Président Sarran, il Plateau de Millevaches, il viadotto dei Rochers Noirs, ecc.
