Gouzon is heel gemakkelijk te bereiken via de N145. 25 minuten van Guéret of Montluçon. 20 minuten van Evaux-Les-Bains, het enige kuuroord in de Limousin. Alle winkels op loopafstand van de gîte. Als je van golf houdt, dan ligt de 18-holes Golf de la Jonchère op minder dan 1 km afstand. Om te vissen is het 8 hectare grote stuwmeer van Grands-Champs niet ver weg (forelvissen). Het natuurreservaat Etang des Landes ligt op 6 km afstand.
