Op het menu benadrukken de titels de hoofdingrediënten van elk recept en doen zeker het water in de mond lopen: gegratineerde tomaten- en sjalottentaart met geitenkaas, rundergehakt of gebakken biefstuk, aardappelmousseline met Comté of Why Not's Minute Chocolate Moelleux
De omgeving is elegant en vriendelijk en weerspiegelt de filosofie van de twee partners die bijna 20 jaar in verschillende Europese keukens hebben gewerkt. Om niets te bederven: op de wijnkaart staan de nectars uit de streek centraal. Dus, waarom niet?
