Zwembad van juni tot september (zwemmen niet onder toezicht met tijden) en grote tuin te delen met vijver (voorzichtig voor jonge kinderen). Het centrum van Poitiers "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" ligt op 10 minuten afstand.
