De via ferrata de la Roque, die toegankelijk is vanuit het dorp St-Sériès, loopt langs de rotswand boven de Vidourle.
Relatief kort (gemiddeld minder dan 2 uur), het wordt beschouwd als fysiek en het is raadzaam om een korte koord (koe) mee te nemen om te rusten en een katrol voor de tyrolean traverse.
er zijn 2 opties op het halfweg punt:
- de "moeilijke" optie (D) met de Tiroler traverse. De onderste uitgang werd in 2016 om veiligheidsredenen (vallende stenen) verwijderd.
- de optie "zeer moeilijk" (TD) door de schuine ladder bij de uitgang van de baume te nemen. Mogelijkheid om de D-route te herstellen bij de uitgang van de baume.
Overschat jezelf niet.
Handschoenen (wanten) en een helm zijn essentieel. Reken 1 uur voor de meer ervarenen en 3 uur voor de minder sportievelingen.
