In een park aan de voet van de vestingmuren van de legendarische Cité de Carcassonne heeft chef-kok Franck Putelat zijn gastronomisch restaurant gebouwd en sinds maart 2013 ook het hotel Le Parc.
Het hotel beschikt over 7 kamers met een elegante, strakke inrichting in de geest van het huis.
Drijfhout verwarmt de leisteen, in een harmonie en comfort ontworpen om de emoties gecreëerd door chef-kok Franck Putelat te verlengen. In de suites en 5-sterrenkamers wordt de indruk van vloeibaarheid geaccentueerd door grote erkers die de grens tussen het interieur en het buitenterras doen vervagen, waar soms een jacuzzi troont.
