In a park at the foot of the ramparts of the legendary Cité de Carcassonne, chef Franck Putelat has built his gourmet restaurant and, since March 2013, the hotel Le Parc.
The hotel features 7 elegantly designed rooms in the spirit of the house.
Driftwood warms the slate, in a harmony and comfort designed to further prolong the emotions created by chef Franck Putelat. In the suites and 5-star rooms, the impression of fluidity is accentuated by large bay windows that blur the boundary between interior and exterior terrace, sometimes featuring a Jacuzzi.
