4 identical 20m² studios "Cristal", "Quartz", "Rubis" and "Saphir" located on the 1st floor of a covered building with secure gate: hallway with cupboards, main room with fully equipped kitchen (numerous small appliances: kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo machine, toaster, blender, mixer, juicer, small "Fresh-Express" food processor, raclette machine) and living room with convertible sofa 140x190 and 65' connected TV. Bathroom with washbasin, shower, electric towel rail, hairdryer, wall-hung WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. 12m² mezzanine with 160x200 bed and access by ladder. Children's play area.

Breakfast provided and included in the price. Personalized household linen (Linvosges sheets, towels and bathrobes, table linen) provided with beds made up on arrival. Reversible air-conditioning.
Private covered parking space. Each studio has its own private lock-up area with facilities for laundry and for cyclists, motorcyclists and fishermen. Motorhome access authorized. One room is dedicated to lovers, with a bottle of champagne and flower petals.

Arrival from 3:00 pm and departure at 11:00 am. Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the start of your stay.
