Ontdek de smaak van ons platteland in Lot! De familie Castagné ontvangt u midden in de natuur en op slechts 3 km van het dorp Martel. U kunt de traditionele recepten van de familie proeven. Alle gerechten worden bereid met producten uit eigen productie en van lokale producenten. De ontvangstruimte is onlangs gerenoveerd en smaakvol ingericht om de kennis van de familie over walnoten en wijn, die al meer dan drie generaties wordt doorgegeven, in ere te houden! Na in een gezellige sfeer de typische recepten van de streek te hebben geproefd, kunt u ook de walnootoliemolen bezoeken en de geheimen ontdekken van de productie van hun walnootolie, die verschillende medailles heeft gewonnen op het Concours Général Agricole.
