In Montfort en Chalosse heet Myriam u welkom in haar restaurant. De keuken is gebaseerd op lokale producten. Geniet van haar dagelijkse "combinados", haar menu, haar suggesties van het moment van maandag tot vrijdag, Myriam ontvangt u 's avonds op reservering. Op zaterdag en zondag kunt u, na reservering, het speciale menu "la Terrasse" (voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en dessert) of gerechten à la carte proeven. Ontdek op een steenworp afstand van het restaurant de bastide van Montfort (gebouwd in de 12e eeuw) met de ontdekkingstocht die verkrijgbaar is bij het VVV-kantoor. Ga verder naar het Musée de la Chalosse, een reconstructie van een 19e-eeuwse boerderij in Chalosse. Een kleine digestieve wandeling? Neem de Voie Verte de Chalosse richting Mugron of Gamarde-les-Bains. U kunt zelfs ter plaatse fietsen huren (2 km richting Castelnau Chalosse).
