In een klein gehucht in de buurt van het meer van Saint Pardoux, halfvrijstaande woning met rustieke inrichting. De voorkant geeft uit op een omheinde binnenplaats en de achterkant op een terras en 300 m² omheind terrein, dat privé is voor de gîte. Een bospad leidt naar een privémeer in een prachtige bosrijke omgeving: gratis vissen. Het 330 hectare grote Lac de St Pardoux heeft prachtige stranden en een breed scala aan activiteiten, waaronder een aqualudisch zwembad, avonturenpark, watersportcentrum, wakepark aan het meer, manege, vissen en prachtige wandelingen om het omliggende platteland te ontdekken.
