Een gigantische schaapskooi op het platteland van Sainte-Maries-de-la-Mer, door Vincent Rouzaud en Antoine Simonnet omgebouwd tot een "feestzaal": hier zingt en danst men op zaterdagavond op de klanken van zigeunergitaren, terwijl men geniet van een traditioneel feestmaal uit de Camargue. De lamsbout en de entrecote van de stier worden aan het spit of aan het touw gegaard in de grote open haard. Sfeer gegarandeerd. En geen risico om de buren te storen.
