Jean-Michel's geurige keuken, een mix van traditie en moderniteit, is gekoppeld aan zijn mediterrane afkomst, zijn vele reizen en zijn verblijf in West-Indië. In Les Jardins biedt de chef je een verse, traditionele keuken van topkwaliteit met accenten van dichtbij en veraf?
