Château VARI is een familiaal wijndomein, dat zich uitstrekt over 22 hectares in het wijngebied Monbazillac en Bergerac. Sinds 1994 bereiden Sylvie en Yann JESTIN hier wijnen met een uitgesproken karakter, en evenwichtige, zachte smaak, die sinds 2012 het keurmerk «Agriculture Biologique» dragen.
De familie JESTIN draagt zorg voor de kwaliteit van zijn producten en het gebied, door de grond te bewerken met zo weinig mogelijk chemische producten. U kunt de wijnen proeven in Maison Vari; deze wijnbar in het hart van het dorp Monbazillac is tevens de boetiek van het wijndomein.
