Onze keuken is gedurfd, geïnspireerd en doorspekt met sterke markers. De keuze van de producten staat centraal in onze bezorgdheid, met het idee om lokale groenten, verantwoorde visvangst en zorgvuldig geselecteerd vlees te benadrukken. Onze keuken wil gezond, lekker en respectvol zijn.
Aan het hoofd van de keuken staat onze chef-kok, Raymond Belugou, die gedurende 20 jaar culinaire verrijking en passie zijn vak leerde in restaurants met Michelinsterren en fine dining-etablissementen.
je kunt kiezen uit 4 ruimtes: De Salon (25 couverts), De Kelder (15 couverts), Het Terras (50 couverts). En La table du chef, een bevoorrechte tafel met 4 zitplaatsen in de keuken. Voor al uw evenementen kunt u de ruimte huren voor privégebruik.
