Op het zuidelijke puntje van de Haute-Vienne aan de rand van de Dordogne, in het hart van een klein gehucht, is de gîte omgebouwd tot een volledig gerenoveerde stenen schuur. De zuidwestelijke gevel geeft uit op een houten terras en zwembad (4 m diameter, 1,10 m diep), open van 1/06 tot 15/09 afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden, en verlengd met een ander volledig omheind terras. De andere kant geeft toegang tot een grindterras en een grasveld beneden. Vanuit de gîte zijn er talloze wandelingen te maken in het Regionale Natuurpark van de Périgord Limousin. In een klein huisje staat een tafeltennistafel. Jeu de boules baan.
