De Hermitage van Dompaire
De Hermitage van Troost werd in 1684 gebouwd door broeder Urbin, die op 35-jarige leeftijd zijn vrouw en kinderen had verloren. Nadat hij een gelofte van armoede had afgelegd, droeg hij het eigendom in 1710 over aan de pastoor van Dompaire. Tijdens de Revolutie werd de Hermitage te koop aangeboden als nationaal bezit. Het onderging grote werkzaamheden in de 19e eeuw. Tegenwoordig is het privébezit.
