Na een lange carrière als bakkers en patissiers in Nice, hebben Christine en Francis besloten om naar de Landes te verhuizen.
Eind november 2022 besloten Christine en Francis hun bakkerij en patisserie te openen in een voormalige garage in de Mas-wijk van Aire sur l'Adour.
In het ruime pand van 180 vierkante meter zullen traditionele broden en gebakjes worden gemaakt met lokaal meel en binnenkort ook specialiteiten uit de Côte d'Azur. Alles is huisgemaakt.
De grote parkeerplaats is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor een lunchpauze en er worden verschillende snacks aangeboden.
