Nach einer langen Karriere als Bäcker und Konditor in Nizza beschlossen Christine und Francis, sich in der Region Les Landes niederzulassen.
In einer ehemaligen Garage im Viertel Le Mas in Aire sur l'Adour haben Christine und Francis beschlossen, Ende November 2022 ihre Bäckerei und Konditorei zu eröffnen.
Ein geräumiges Lokal mit 180 Quadratmetern, in dem mit Mehl aus der Region traditionelles Brot und Gebäck und demnächst auch Spezialitäten von der Côte d'Azur gebacken werden. Alles wird dort hausgemacht.
Der große Parkplatz ermöglicht einen einfachen Zugang für eine Mittagspause mit einer Auswahl an Snacks.
