De flat Noé is gelegen in een Baskische villa, "Etche Carola" omgeven door een tuin die het strand van Parlementia domineert in een geclassificeerde site, met een zeer mooi zicht op de oceaan en de plek van surfen,. het strand is tot 50m sinds de poort van de villa, het is bewaakt de zomer. Het kustpad loopt voor de villa langs, u kunt naar Guéthary (500m) en verder naar St Jean de Luz, Hendaye...
Bidart ligt tussen Biarritz en St jean de Luz, Spanje ligt op 20 km afstand. In Bidart vindt u vele winkels, en niet te vergeten surfscholen, restaurants aan zee en u zult de "goede tafels" met of zonder ster waarderen, om de Baskische keuken te ontdekken, de regio heeft geen gebrek aan goede adressen....
